I never really did get a chance to thank you for your help with my home closing. Jessie and I love the card. You did not have to get us a gift card. Thank you. She went over to Sears and got a shower curtain and bath rugs. You were so helpful and really hung in there for us. We just moved in last weekend. The repairs and renovations are taking longer than we thought, but we were able to get enough done to move in, we have to finish the upstairs this weekend and unpack some. I'll let you know when we are completed so you can see it. I attached a pic of the cleaned up yard.

"Hi April!

I've been meaning to write to you since our house sold, as I wanted to thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into helping us get it sold.

The appreciation that I felt as soon as the house sold, has only grown now that we see just what the housing market has become, and our next door neighbor's house is listed as being in pre-foreclosure. It is such a relief to know that we no longer have 2 mortgages at the same time!

We really appreciate the time you took to research the other houses in the area, their selling prices, and informing us, so we could make the best decision possible in regards to selling our home.

It was a lot of fun working with you as well, and that always makes selling a home that much easier!

Anyway, Phil and I, both wanted to tell you how much we appreciate the effort you went through for us, and we hope that things are going well for you, and will continue to go well for you in the future.
